About Novado

Novado brings together information about new-build homes on Spain's coasts. The portal organises listing data, locations and practical buying information so you can compare options and confirm the details of a specific home before deciding.

What data you'll find

The database currently shows 801 active developments across 109 towns and 7 coastal regions. Listing data comes from a licensed XML feed; always confirm current availability before making a decision.

In addition to development data, we enrich each listing with information you won't find in the developer's brochure:

• Real distances to beaches, airports, international schools, hospitals, and supermarkets - calculated using OpenStreetMap.
• Verified climate data - sunshine hours, average temperatures, and thermal comfort scores from historical records.
• Energy certificates - where developers publish them in the feed, we display them alongside the other data.
• Cost transparency - we include an estimate of typical purchase costs so the final price is never a surprise.

5 public languages, one portal

Novado currently publishes 5 language versions. A page is offered in a language only when content exists for that version; use the language links on the page to see the available equivalents.

Who we are

We are a small team of property data specialists based in Spain. We have spent years working with property feeds, geospatial data, and editorial content aimed at international buyers. We know first-hand the questions that arise when someone buys a home in a foreign country - and we built Novado to answer them with data, not sales pitches.

What we don't do

• We don't call you or pass your contact details to any agency without your explicit consent.
• We don't mix sponsored listings with organic results without clearly labelling them.
• We don't charge buyers to use the portal.
